JabbawockeeZ假面舞客成长历史：这个以戴白面具、白手套和棒球帽著称的舞团，在2003年成立於SanDiego，团名典故源於「爱丽斯梦游仙境之镜中奇缘」里一首叫Jabberwocky的镜中诗。他们最初多半在SD和LA演出，2007年参加America’sGotTalent第二季的比赛后，知名度大增，2008年在America’sBestDanceCrew以锐不可挡的气势夺下首季冠军。假面舞客这一团队创立初衷是一群朋友想要展示自由风的舞蹈。在那个时代Hip-Hop风盛行，然而到处都是一些风格相同的舞蹈团队，那些舞蹈者所表现的舞蹈就像是克隆过一样。“舞蹈为了跟随音乐的节奏”和“舞蹈作为艺术表现形式”两者之间失去了平衡。因此就有了假面舞客的诞生。经由《美国偶像AmericanIdol》评委RandyJackson打造的《RandyJacksonPresentAmerica’sBestDanceCrew》结束了第一季的比赛，也诞生了第一只美国最棒的舞蹈团队，这支团队就是JabbaWockeeZ。JABBA早期是7个人，其中一个名字叫GARY的人车祸去世了，所以到后面ABDC的时候他们只有6个人。他们多数舞蹈中无论开头还是结束都有指向天的动作，那是为了纪念失去的队友。他们的舞蹈其中又分为有10人，7人，6人，3人。每个成员都有不同的舞蹈和生活背景，这为整个团队带来了多元化的风格和观点。在ABDC比赛期间，评审LilMama毫不避讳地多次表示她超挺JabbaWockeeZ，LilMama对JabbaWockeeZ的评论是：「每次表演时，虽然你们的脚步踩得超稳，但是手部动作却异常优雅，这是你们与众不同的特点，也是我爱JabbaWockeeZ的原因。」假面舞客这个创意来自于JosephLarot,KevinBrewer和PhilTayag三个人。当时整个团队还包括另外五位成员，他们共同创造了假面舞客的特殊风格。这五位成员分别是：RandyBernal,RyanEllis,ChrisGatdula,GaryKendell,RainenPaguio。而在过去的五年中，假面舞客的成员人数又增加到了11个。所增加的那四位成员分别为：BenChung,EddieGutierrez,SasoJimenez和PhiNguyen。Jabbawockeez原有11人，但由于受参赛人数限制，最后留下7人，去年又有1人病故，就剩下了现在的6人，这6人都是美国人，但5人是亚裔，1人是非洲裔：越南裔1人：JeffNguyen韩国裔1人：BenChung菲律宾裔3人：RynanShawnPaguio、PhilTayag、ChrisGatdula非洲裔1人：KevinBrewerPhilTayag23岁，KevinBrewer31岁，其他几个都是26岁，其他资料很难查到。
